Q.     Can a person receive a scholarship more than once?

A.     Yes. If a new application is submitted and that person is selected again, it is possible for a person to receive more than one scholarship over the years from the Myrtle V. Hunter OES Scholarship Fund.

Q.     How and when can applications be submitted?

​

A.      Applications are available upon request from any Scholarship Committee Member. They should be sent to the address shown on the application by the specified deadline.

Q.     How are the scholarship recipients selected?

​

A.      The Myrtle V. Hunter OES Scholarship Committee selects the scholarship recipients and all decisions of the committee are final.

Q      How are scholarship winners notified?

 

A.         The Myrtle V. Hunter OES Scholarship Committee will notify all scholarship recipients via USPS first-class mail and/or email.

Q.     What are the vital dates to be met for the scholarship application process?

​

A.      Complete scholarship application packages must be postmarked by the deadline specified on the application package (June 30th)

Q.     Can an active member of RoseMary Grand Chapter receive a Myrtle V. Hunter OES Scholarship?

​

A.         Yes, all members are eligible.
